Shipping & Returns
Orders placed through reseqpep.com are sold and fulfilled by Resequence LLC under the Resequence Peptides brand.
Domestic Shipping
Orders are available for domestic U.S. delivery only. Tracking information is provided after shipment.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business days. Processing and carrier-delivery times may vary.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support promptly if an address correction is needed.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Contact support@reseqpep.com within 48 hours of delivery if an order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or contains an incorrect item. Include your order reference (RSQ-XXXXXXXX) and clear photographs of the shipping box, the packing slip, and the affected product. Requests submitted after 48 hours cannot be honored.
Returns
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final. Opened, unopened, and partially used items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items are handled under the 48-hour policy above.
